Join our night route team
Evercrest runs doorstep trash and recycling collection at apartment communities across the Treasure Valley. We're building route teams for upcoming community launches.
Night Route Runner (part-time, W-2 employee)
- $25 per hour, with a 2-hour paid minimum per shift
- Evening shifts on service nights, typically between 8:00 p.m. and 1:00 a.m.
- Walk the community with a cart, collect bags set out at residents' doors, take them to the property's dumpster or compactor, and photo-document the route on a phone app
- Physical, outdoor work in all weather: stairs, several miles of walking, and lifting bags up to 40 pounds
- Uniform and gear provided, with training before your first route
What you need
- 18 or older
- Reliable transportation to the property
- A smartphone
- Able to pass a background check after a conditional job offer
- Dependable: residents count on us every service night
